About the role
Due to our continued success, an opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant in our Busselton office. Reporting to the Operations Manager and being part of the WA Operations Team you will be responsible for booking and registering valuation appointments on behalf of our valuation team. More importantly you will be part of a vibrant energetic team who embrace new team members and always encourage learning, while enjoying social gatherings and events which will remind you how important our team is to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and scheduling valuation inspection bookings for valuers.
- Monitoring of daily jobs and be responsible for incoming requests from banks, brokers, private clients across our residential division.
- Managing customer enquiries.
- Data processing in line with customer milestones.
- Actively participating in daily capacity meetings.
- General administration duties.
What you’ll need to succeed
